Our conversation for The Valley Business Today with Cynthia Schneider, CEO of Top of Virginia Regional Chamber included Stacey Barrett Haines from Barrett Machine to talk about how their business & manufacturing as an industry has changed over the last 30 years.

Stacey told us about several open positions they have for machinists & fabricators and explained what a typical day might look like. She proudly spoke of the family and team atmosphere among her staff, many of which have been with the company for several years.
