We pre-recorded our conversation today with Mark Merrill, outgoing CEO at Valley Health via Zoom. Mark announced his retirement some months ago, so our conversation today was both an update and a look back. We talked about the current COVID-19 situation as it relates to both our community and Valley Health system; we discussed the importance of wearing a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19; and, we spent some time talking about many of the programs & improvements he made during his tenure at Valley Health. Mark & his wife intend to remain in our community post-retirement so I'm sure we'll hear and see more from him in the future.
