We pre-recorded today's Tourism Tuesday - Winchester/Frederick County edition - via Zoom with Justin Kerns from Winchester/Frederick County Convention & Visitors Bureau. Justin's guests today were Chris Daniels, owner of 0-60 Energy Cafe and Emma Alberto, owner of Grub to Go. We discussed how each of the restaurants have had to pivot to continue to provide a safe dining experience for their patrons. 0-60 Energy Cafe offers walk-up, take-out and delivery services for their entire menu. You can find more details on their website: https://0-60energycafe.com/. Emma opened Grub to Go in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak and offers take-out via their drive-thru as well as delivery. You can find more information on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/grub2go540/ Both restaurateurs talked about their commitment to the community and the safety of their staff as well as gave us some insight into what it's like being a food-related business during a pandemic.
