Our guest today was Jane Baker, Warren County Public School's Director of Career & Technical Education and Principal of Blue Ridge Technical Center, which was the main topic of our conversation. Jane filled us in on the courses available at BRTC: welding, automotive tech, biomedical, carpentry, computer systems, culinary arts, electricity & nursing. We talked about the long-term impact developing these skills-based classes have on students' futures. She also told us about their Open House/Project Lead the Way Showcase on December 14th from 6:30pm - 8pm.
